Secluded Bali Villas is a registered Indonesian company that provides marketing, management, and staffing services for luxury villas around Bali. We are currently looking for a number of experienced, honest, and hard-working staff members to join us in permanent positions.

VILLA MANAGER

Qualifications:

1. Locations: Canggu (1) and Munduk (1)
2. 5+ years of experience in villa or hotel management
3. Strong food and beverage (F&B) and housekeeping competence
4. Attention to detail in guest product and service delivery
5. Excellent management, operations, maintenance, and administrative skills
6. Problem solver with ideas on how to fix the issue and improve
7. Strong English and Indonesian language skills
8. Knowledge/confidence to do spreadsheets, email, and basic accounting
9. Flexible working hours to fit guest needs; ability to start immediately

Gross salary: IDR 4 million to IDR 7 million (BPJS and THR included) depending on skills and experience.
